If you are not satisfied with the performance of the Equipment, you may request a replacement
This Total Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to Equipment damaged or destroyed due to reasons beyond Xerox control or responsibility or damaged or destroyed by the Customer, its employees or agents.
For Xerox equipment that uses Xerox consumable products which affect the performance of the Equipment, the Total Satisfaction Guarantee applies only if Xerox approved consumable products are used. Xerox reserves the right to void the Total Satisfaction Guarantee if the Customer is in arrears with respect to any payments owing under their agreement.
